At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Saturday morning, February, 10th, 1990, Bridget (Fitzgerald) Mercer of 39 Eagle Hill, Cambridge, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of the late Lenius Mercer, dear mother of Ray, Kevin, John, Edward. Mrs. Melvin (Margaret) Tucker, Mrs. Richard (Sarah) Galloway, Mrs. John (Cecilia) Hutchings all of Cambridge. Dear sister of Gerald Fitzgerald of Toronto, James of Bell Island, Mrs. Samuel (Elizabeth) Butt, Mrs. Josephine Whalen and Mrs. Emma Rees all of Cambridge and Mrs. Margaret Rees of Bell Island. Also survived by 20 grandchildren and nine great-granchildren. Resting at The Nelson Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, on Sunday evening, from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Monday afternoon and evening, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary's R.C. Church, on Tuesday morning, February, 13th, at 10 a.m. Interment New Hope Cemetery.
