    VILLAMERE, Sophie Veronica (Boychuck)

    Suddenly, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday, November 28, 2005, in her 87th year, Sophie Villamere (Boychuck), of Cambridge. Beloved wife of the late Leo Villamere (2005) and the late Joseph Boychuck (1975). Dearest mother to her loving children, Dorothy (Jack) Bronson of Cambridge, Joseph (Celine) Boychuck of Sudbury, Deborah (Gary) Whittle and Theresa Boychuck and her dearest friend Mike Heenan, all of Canmore, Alta. Cherished grandmother of Vicki, Jenny, Carolyn, Ian, Tracey and Joe and will be sadly missed by her great-grandchildren. Step-mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, to the family of Leo Villamere. Dear sister of Stanley (Stella) Piaseczny of Cambridge. Sadly missed by all of her nieces and nephews. Sophie was a devoted parishioner of St. Ambrose Church and a former employee of Woolworths/Woolco Department Store. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, on Thursday evening, from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish rosary will be recited at the funeral home, on Friday evening, at 8: 30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church, Chalmers St. S., at South Street, Cambridge, on Saturday, December 3, 2005, at 10: 30 a.m. Interment Mount View Cemetery.

    Mrs. Veronica Piaseczny

    GALT, Mrs. Veronica Piaseczny, 163 Dundas St., died Wednesday, at Freeport Hospital. She was 71. The former Veronica Klutia she was born in Poland. She had resided 44 years in Galt. She was a member of St. Ambrose RC Church and a member of the Catholic Women's League. She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony, in October, 1967. Surviving are one son, Stanley; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Sophia) Boychuck. one sister, Mrs. Violet Nasadyk, all of Galt: eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body is at Little's Funeral Home, until Saturday, when removal will be made to the church for a service, at 10 a m. Interment will be in Mount View cemetery.
