    At his residence on Wednesday, September 15, 1999 in his 90th year. John was a longtime member of the Cambridge (Galt) Newfoundland Club. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (1989). Dear father of Loretta and husband James O’Brien, Yvonne and husband Gerald Badcock, Leo and wife Marjorie, John and wife Nellie, James, Ed and wife Clara, all of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaugher. Step-brother of Mary Miller of Newfoundland. Predeceased by a son Frederick (1953). Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge (today), from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral to St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Wellington Street, Cambridge, for Mass Of Christian Burial, on Friday, September 17, 1999, at 10: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Mount View Cemetery.

    YOUNG, Elizabeth

    At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, October 19th., 1989, in her 76th year. Elizabeth Young of 8 Husson Place Cambridge, beloved wife of John, dear mother of Loretta (Mrs. James O'Brien), Yvonne (Mrs. Gerald Badcock), Leo and his wife Marjorie, John and his wife Nellie, James and Ed and his wife Clara, all of Cambridge. Dear grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 6. Dear step-daughter of Elicn Shea. Also survived by 5 step-sisters and one step-brother. She was predeceased by 1 son Frederick, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Mrs. Young was a member of St. Patricks RC Church, the CWL, and the Galt Newfoundland Club. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge, on Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The rosary will be recited on Sunday, at 8pm. Mass of Christian burial, will be celebrated at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, at 11 am. Father Steve Csiszar officiating. Interment Mount View Cemetery.
