Of 87 Saxony Circle, Cambridge, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, November 25th, 1990, in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Maria Resendes and dear father of Jose and his wife Lucia of Toronto, Silvino and his wife Conceicao of Portugal, Claudio and his wife Sandra of Toronto, Arsenio and his wife Lucia of Toronto and Valentina (Mrs Juliao Barros) of Cambridge. Dear brother of Joao of the Azores, Manuel of B.C. and Filomena of the Azores. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Mr. Resendes was predeceaced by 3 sisters. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where friends will be received on Monday and Tuesday, from 2- 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from Our Lady of Fatima R..C., Church, Elgin Street, Cambridge, on Wednesday, November 28th, 1990, at 11: 00 a.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.

At her residence on Sunday, October 25, 1998, Maria Resendes of Saxony Circle, Cambridge, in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of the late Antonio Resendes and dear mother of Jose and wife Lucia of Toronto, Silvino and his wife Conceicao of Cambridge, Claudio and his wife Sandra of Toronto, Arsenio and his wife Lucia of Brampton and Valentina Barros and her husband Germano of Cambridge. Beloved sister of Manuel Resendes and his wife Maria of Cambridge and Jose Resendes and his wife Conceicao of Mass. U.S.A. and Conceicao Resendes of Brazil. Dear grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, on Tuesday, October 27, 1998, at 10 a.m. Interment followed at Mount View Cemetery.
