At South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Cambridge, on Monday, Jan. 31, 1977, Ernest Foster, beloved husband of Catherine Hardisty. Dearly loved father of Mrs. Beulah Caufield of Ayr, Earl of Cambridge; dear grandfather of Susan (Mrs. Alesandro Bertoli) of Elmira, Allan Foster of Moorefield, Peter Foster of Dundas and Tim Foster of Cambridge; also surviving are two great-grandchildren. Resting at the Coutts & Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrew St. Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, Feb. 2, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral and committal service will be held from Trinity Anglican Church, Cambridge, on Thursday Feb. 3, at 2 p.m. interment Mount View cemetery, Cambridge.
