Peacefully, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, May 20, 2000, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Maria Lima (1971). Loving father of Maria Branco and her husband Norberto, Eduarda Barbosa and her husband Albano, Conceicao Costa and her husband John, Jose Lima and his wife Esabel, Maria Gouveia and her husband Norberto, Maria Elias and Guida Pereira and her husband Fernando. Dear grandfather of 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at Coutts & Son Funeral Home, 96, St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, on Sunday, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 185 Elgin Street, South, Cambridge, on Monday, May 22, 2000, at 11 a.m. Interment in Mount View Cemetery.
