At Cambridge, on Sunday, August 30, 1998, Ronald Owad in his 29th year. Beloved common-law husband of Tammy Cooper and dear father of Veronica and Ryan both at home. Dear son of Audrey Wismer and her husband Wilfred Wismer of Cambridge. Dear brother of Penny Loranger and her husband Gerry of Cambridge and Aline Fex and her husband J. M. of Sudbury. Dear grandson of Arthur Maryfield of Cambridge. He will be remembered by his in-laws, Ron and Claudette Cooper and by his nieces, nephews and aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his father William Owad. Ron was active with "The Other Team" in the O.S.P.A. and was also active on the Saturday afternoon men's bowling league, with the "Dark Horses." Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Tuesday (today), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday, on September 2, 1998, at 1 p.m., with Rev. Gordon Moir officiating. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
