At the Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday, August 30, 1999, Walter O'Leary of Linnwood Avenue, in his 54th year. Born on February 17, 1946 in Bell Island, Newfoundland, Walt moved to Cambridge in 1988. Beloved husband of Winnifred and dear father of Wanda Rose and husband Gary, Rosalind Duarte and husband Victor and Cynthia O'Leary all of Cambridge. Dearest grandfather of Jennifer, Gary, Sheena, Shane, Ashley and Tyler. Dear brother of Rosalind Hurley and husband Ed of Newfoundland, Sharon Keels and husband John of Alberta, Cynthia Erl and husband Peter of Kitchener and Sandra Campbell of Alberta. Dear step-brother of Laura Parsons and husband Jack of Kitchener, Lillian Bulger and Elizabeth Shea, Charles O'Leary and wife Helen and Bill O'Leary and wife Sandra all of Cambridge. Beloved brother-in-law of Alice O'Leary of Cambridge. He will be missed also by his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Margaret Shute (1992), his father, Charles O'Leary (1983) and by his brother, Fred (1998). Resting at the CORBETT FUNERAL HOME, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday (today), and Thursday, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ambrose R.C. Church, on Friday, September 3, 1999, at 11 a.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
