BARTON, Peter - At his residence on Tuesday, December 8, 1998 in his 74th year. Peter was a retired employee of Sheldon's and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #121. Beloved husband of Helen. Dear father of Brenda and her husband Keith Miller, Kathleen and her husband Bob Brown, all of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of Craig, Lisa, Stephen, Kelly and great-grandson Cody. Friends will be received at Coutts & Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral t St. Gregory's RC Church, 10 St. Gregory's Drive, for Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 11, 1998 at 10 am. Interment to follow in Mount View Cemetery. The Parish Wake Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 7: 30 pm. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Medical Day Care, and would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Passed away peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Friday, July 9, 2010, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter (1998) and infant son, Brian. Loving mother of daughters, Brenda Miller (Keith), and Kathleen Brown (Bob) both of Cambridge. Also survived by her grandchildren, Craig (JoAnn), Lisa (Jamie), Steve, Kelly (Jeff) and great grandchildren Cody, Hannah and Tavin and her sister Cathie McCormack of Dundee, Scotland. Helen was born in Dundee, Scotland on May 3, 1926 and has lived in Cambridge, since 1957. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge, on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at 11 a.m. Interment at Mt. View Cemetery.
