At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, June 18, 1989, in his 81 year. Harry Buckle of 563 Pine Street,, beloved husband of Beatrice Buckle and loving father of Shirley (Mrs. R. Hogg) of Cambridge and also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Mr. Buckle is a retired general contractor. There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes, Mount View Cemetery.

Mrs. Cliffe Hirst
PRESTON, Mrs. Cliffe Hirst, 351 Waterloo St. S., died today, at the Sunnyside Home in Kitchener. She was 89. The former Sarah Moore, she was born in Batley, Yorkshire, England. For the past 60 years she lived in Preston, where she was a member of St. John's Anglican Church. She was predeceased by her husband, in 1949. Surviving are one son, William H. of Ottawa; one daughter, Mrs. Allan (Evelyn) Pearsell of Preston; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. The body will be at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until Saturday, when removal will be made to St. John's Anglican Church, for the funeral and committal service, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Preston cemetery.

Mrs. John Hulme
GALT, Mrs. Emma Hulme, 21 Cedar St., died Tuesday at South Waterloo Hospital. She was 84. Mrs. Hulme was the former Emma Greatorex and was born in Stockport, England. She had resided in Galt for 30 years and prior to that in Hespeler. She was a member of St. Patrick's RC Church. She was predeceased by her husband in 1942. Surviving are one daughter. Mrs. Harry (Beatrice) Buckle of Galt, one grandchild and three geat-grandchildren. The body will be at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until Friday, when removal will be made to St. Patrick's Church for requiem mass, at 9 a.m. Interment will be in St. Patrick's cemetery.
