THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL KREUTZWEISER, DECEASED.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 129. R.S.O. 1897, and amending acts, that all creditors and others having claims against the estate of Michael Kreutzweiser. late of the village of Bridgeport, in the County of Waterloo, and Province of Ontario. gentleman, deceased, who died on or about the fourth day of May, 1910, are required on or before the twentieth day of August, 1910, to deliver send by post prepaid to Philip Kreuzweiser, Linwood, Ont., one of the executors of the will of the said deceased. their names in full, with their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their claims, if any, held by them, and that after the said twentieth day of August 1910, the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto. having regard only to claims of which they shall then have received notice, and will not liable for the said assets to any person of whose claim they shall not have received notice.

Died At Bridgeport, on Wednesday, May 4th, 1910, at 2 o'clock, p.m., Michael Kreutzwieser Aged 80 Years and 22 Days. The Funeral Will take place from his late residence on Saturday, May 7th, at 2 o'clock, p.m., with interment at Bridgeport Cemetery, followed by service at the Lutheran Church. Friends and acquaintances will please accept this intimation.
