    Abraham Marlatt worked for the New Hamburg Pottery, later he moved to Paris, Ontario to work with his brother John Mills Marlatt. He later moved to Port Ryerse, Ontario where he founded a pottery which survived until 1899.

    Abraham married Nancy Gilbert 14 May 1857. Nancy was born 9 Jul 1838, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada; died 20 Feb 1919, Meridian, Ingham, Michigan, United States; was buried , Oaklawn Cemetery, Meridian, Ingham, Michigan, United States. [Group Sheet]
