    W. Ellis Totten, 56, of 50 Elgin St., Waterloo, died today at K-W Hospital. Born March 6, 1897, at (Woodsley) , Ont., he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Totten. Mr. Totten was an accountant for the B.F. Goodrich Rubber Company, Ltd. of Canada and was the proprietor of W.E. Totten Nurseries of Waterloo. He was a member of First United Church, Waterloo and a member of the church session. Surviving is his wife, the former Mabel Findlay, whom he married Oct. 29, 1926 at Windsor, and two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Marilyn) Linkletter of Whitney and Gwyn of Waterloo. There are four brothers, Clarence and Arthur, both of Essex; Earl of Woodsley; Mrs. Clayton Mansell of Pleasant Ridge, Mich., and Mrs. Charles (Brunner) of Ruthven, Ont., and one granddaughter. The service will be held at First United Church, Waterloo, Sunday at 3 p.m. with burial in Woodland Cemetery; Rev. A.R. Cragg, minister of the church, will officiate. The body will rest at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until 1 p.m. Sunday when removal will be made to the church. Friends will kindly pay their respects prior to the service
