MRS. MARGARET MCNANNEY
Mrs. Margaret McNanney, 98 Leger St., Kitchener, died Dec. 27. She was 78. Formerly of Preston, she was the wife of the late Thomas McNanney. Surviving are sons Clifford of Preston, Cambridge, William of Hespeler, Cambridge, Gerrard of California; daughters, Verona and Mrs. Norma Detzler, both of Kitchener, Mrs. James McTaggart of Brampton and Mrs. Paul Olesik of Guelph; sisters, Mrs. Mary Gordon of Dundalk, Mrs. Frank Watkins of Holstein and Mrs. Bridget McPhee of Mount Forest; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Carl and two brothers, William and Benjamin. Interment was in Parklawn Cemetery.

At her late residence, 98 St. Leger St., Kitchener, on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 1972, age 78 years, Mrs. Margaret McNanney, formerly of Preston, a member of St. Mary's RC Church and a former member of St. Clement's RC Church and the Altar Society; daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Woods; wife of the late Thomas McNanney, mother of Clifford of Preston, William of Hespeler, Gerrard of California, Verona and Mrs. Norma Detzler, both of Kitchener, Frances (Mrs. James McTaggart) of Brampton and Margaret (Mrs. Paul Olesik) of Guelph; sister of Mrs. Mary Gordon of Dundalk, Elizabeth (Mrs. Frank Watkins) of Holstein and Mrs. Bridget McPhee of Mount Forest; also survived by 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; predeceased by one son Carl and two brothers, William and Benjamin. Resting at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton St., Kitchener, for parish rosary, on Friday, at 8 p.m. Prayers will be offered on Saturday, at 9: 30 a.m., followed by funeral mass at St. Mary's RC Church, at 10 a.m., Rev. Hubert Gehl officiating. Interment Parklawn cemetery, Preston.
