Mrs. John Sherk. 96, of 30 Church St. W., Elmira, died at Elmira Private Hospital Thursday after a leng. thy illness. She wat the former Barbara Hous. ser and was born in Haldimand County, a daughter of the Late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Housser. Her husband died in 1951. Surviving are a son, Clarence of Elmira; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One son Norman, died In 1931 and three brothers also predeceased her. The body was at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor until 9 a.m. Sunday when removal was made to her residence for service at 1: 30 pin. followed by further service at the Elmira Mennonite meeting house., Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
