    ARNDT, Diane With her family at her side, Diane passed away peacefully on December 9, 2013, at Lisaard House at the age of 66. Beloved wife of 46 years to Terry. Mother of Kevin (Cindy) Arndt and Michelle Arndt. Cherished grandma of Sarah and Tyler. Dear sister of Karen (Julien) Faucher. Sister-in-law of Ron (Sandy) Bingeman, Shirley (Rick) Dickson, Carl (Ruth) Bingeman, and Pat (Rick) Geiger. Remembered also by nieces and nephews and many friends especially Deb Broderick. Predeceased by her parents, Elwin "Shorty" and Lena (Lammert) Good. She was a dedicated employee of Zehrs Markets for the past 27 years and faithful member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Diane's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00- 9:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2013 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Diane's Memorial Service will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place. A reception will follow.     GOOD, Elwin "Shorty" Passed away peacefully at Trinity Village on Sunday, September 9, 2012, at the age of 97. Beloved husband of the late Lena (nee Lammert) (2000). Loving father of Diane (Terry) Arndt and Karen (Julien) Faucher. Cherished grand-father to Kevin (Cindy) Arndt, Michelle Arndt, Andrea (Mark) Irwin and Paul Faucher and great- grandfather to Sarah, Tyler Arndt, Brayden, Anna Irwin, and Helen Faucher. He will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and his special friend Marjorie Sawyer. Predeceased by his parents, Israel and Susanna Good, his brother, Roy (Lois) Good and Ida (Bernie) Morby. Elwin was a World War II veteran serving overseas. Elwin's family will receive relatives and friends at Christ Lutheran Church, 445 Anndale Rd. at Lexington, Waterloo, ON N2K 2E3 on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. The funeral for Elwin will be held at 1 p.m. at the church. Pastor James Brown officiating. Following the reception, the committal service will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.     Good, Israel, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Good, was born in Woolwich Twp., Ont., Sept. 25, 1875; died at the K-W Hospital, Nov. 15, 1957, after a short illness; aged 82 y. 20 d. His wife, the former Susannah Martin, died in 1947. Surviving are one daughter (Ida-Mrs. B. Morby, Stayner, Ont.), 2 sons (Roy, Smithville, Ont.; and Elven, Waterloo, Ont.), and 9 grandchildren. He farmed near Elmira until he retired in 1942. He was a member of the Elmira Mennonite Church. Funeral services were held at the Elmira Church, Nov. 17, in charge of Howard S. Bauman and Oliver Snider. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
