    Mrs. Florence Parkins

    Mrs. Florence May Parkins, 86, of 601 Glasgow Lane, Kitchener, formerly of Stratford, died Tuesday at the Winston Hall Nursing Home, Kitchener.

    Born in London, England, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Fry. Her husband, Charles Parkins died in 1975.

    She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 8, and a former member of the Golden Age Club.

    Surviving are two sons, Charles, of 96 Home St., and Robert, of RR 1 Pontypool; five daughters,.--Mrs. Charles (Iris) Scott, of Thamesville; Mrs. Angus (May) Longmire, of British Columbia ; Mrs. Frank (Ivy) Boniface, of Kitchener; Mrs. George (Dorothy) Ward, of 222 Queen St.; and Mrs. Douglas (Marlene) Donaldson, of Ajax; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also one brother, Walter Fry, of England. She was predeceased by one son, Albert George.

    Friends will be received at the Heinbuck funeral home, 156 Albert St., Stratford, Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday. Canon Michael Griffin will officiate. Cremation will take place. -
