PETERSON, Grace (nee MacDonald) 1921 - 2011 Passed away peacefully at Sunnyside Home on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the age of 90. Loving wife of Paul, Cherished Mother of Don (Lynne). Will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Adam Peterson (Rachel), Josh O'Hagan and Richard O'Hagan and brother John James Jr. Predeceased by her daughter Catherine Anne Peterson-O'Hagan, parents John James and Katherine MacDonald and four brothers. Grace and Paul served as missionaries in India for 3 years. Grace was a longtime volunteer at the KW Hospital and was a charter member of the United Church Women. She enjoyed painting and was a member of the trillium porcelain painters. Friends are invited to share their memories of Grace with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, December 19th from 7-9 p.m. The memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Rick Burgess officiating. A reception will follow in the Historic Kuntz house of the funeral home. Cremation has taken place. Condolences for the family and donations to a Charity of Choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be arranged through the funeral home at www.erbgood.com.
