AUSTEN Edward John (Ted) of 22 Braemar Road, Cambridge on Friday, September 18^th, 1987 in his 75^th year. Beloved husband of Beatrice Rooke, dear father of Chris, Cam and Sandra (Mrs. Clayton Gillett) all of Cambridge and Linda (Mrs. James Thompson) of Rockton. Lovingly remembered by 5 grandchildren and 1 sister, Mrs. Marcella May of Ottawa. Mr. Austen was born in Luxenburg and came to Cambridge 34 years ago from Edmonton, he was a retired employee of Babcock & Wilcox Limited. A private family funeral service was conducted today Saturday, September 19^th, 1987 at the Barthel Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge. Cremation. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be gratefully appreciated.
