    JAMES IVAN McCOY

    James Ivan McCoy, 41, former Preston barber, died at Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital yesterday after a brief illness. Born in Beeton, Ont., he resided there until moving to Preston more than 13 years ago. He served his barber's apprentiteship there and then opened his own business, 12 years ago. Three year's ago be sold the business and moved to Kitchener where he has since resided. A member of the Barbers Union, Mr. McCoy attended Benton Street Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, a son, William, his mother, Mrs. McCoy of Toronto and a sister Mrs. Neville of Alliston. Remains are at the H. K. Stager funeral home, Preston, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment will be in Preston Cemetery.
