    BALL, Wilfred George

    Of 519 Grand Valley Drive, Cambridge, on Sunday, Jan. 3, 1988, at his residence, in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Ellen Hoyle; dear father of Wilfred and his wife Margaret of Cambridge, Barbara (Mrs. Gary McPherson) of Kitchener and Wendy (Mrs. Terry Chamberlain) of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren and two sisters, Blanche (Mrs. William Vogt) of Washington, USA and Monta (Mrs. William Gildert) of British Columbia, Predeceased by one sister, Florence. Mr. Ball was born in Toronto and came to Cambridge, in 1980. He was a retired employee of Eastern Steel Products of Cambridge and a veteran of the Second World War, serving with the Canadian Army, overseas. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambrdge, Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home, Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1988, at 11 a.m. Interment Park Lawn cemetery.
