Of 919 North St., Cambridge, on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 1990, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 74th year, Gladys McCaw, beloved wife of the late William (Mel) Robbins. Dear mother of Raymond Slumskie of Sault Ste. Marie, Ross Delane of Cambridge, Gloria Mrs. Gordon Delahunty and Evy Robbins of Cambridge. Also survived by her mother, Mrs. Ida McCaw of Hanover. Dear grandmother of Scott, Danny, Linda, Cindy, Rossi, Lorie, Bobbie, Kathy and Greg and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Eva Schneider and Mrs. Edith McMillan, both of Hanover and one brother, Douglas of Wiarton. Predeceased by two brothers, Gordon and Walter. Mrs. Robbins was born in Watrus, Sask. and resided in Cambridge, for 45 years from Paisley. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Wednesday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private funeral service will be held Thursday. Interment Parklawn cemetery.
