Suddenly, at his home in Cambridge, on Saturday, September 13,1997, in his 38th year. Loving husband and best friend of Norma Kerr; cherished father of Brooks, Trevor and Kaileigh and step-sons, Michael and Jeffrey Kerr. Proud grandfather of Tyler Kerr. Much loved son of Larry and Joan Pfaff of Waterloo. Will be greatly missed by his two brothers, Guy and his wife Patricia and Jody and his wife Lisa, all of Waterloo. Will also be missed by Laverne and Jean Gowing of Cambridge and the Gowing family. Survived by his many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and friends. Jay had been employed with Sutherland-Shultz for 18 years and will always be remembered by his friends and co-workers. Relatives and friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener today (Monday) and Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. only. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, September 17, at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
