BAYUS, Frank

On Saturday, May 5, 2001, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 58th year. Born January 16, 1944, in Galt, Ontario. Frank travelled the world in his capacity as a civil engineer. After retiring from his professional life, he owned and operated Bayus Stables and recently was the president of the John Bayus Park. Frank was involved with the Boy Scouts at 1st Galt, where he achieved the rank of Queen Scout. Predeceased by his parents, John and Betty Bayus, in 1999. Frank will be dearly missed by his sisters, Shirley Mills and Beverly Bayus: his niece, Jennifer and his nephews, Beau and Ramsay; his aunt, Emily Bayus and his cousins, Martin Dudic and Luba Romans. He will also be remembered by his aunts; uncles; cousins, friends and business associates; both here and in Slovakia. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge, on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church on Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.

BAYUS, Betty (nee: Bajus) - Born June 8, 1918 in Slovakia, passed peacefully on Monday, September 27, 1999 at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. A resident of Riverbend Place, Cambridge. Betty is predeceased by her husband John and is survived by her son, Frank, daughters, Shirley Mils & Beverly, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main street East, Cambridge on Thursday from 2-4 and 79 pm. Parish Prayers will be recited at the Funeral Home, Thursday evening at 7: 00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of sorrows - Slovak Jesuit Mission, Elgin Street North, Cambridge on Friday, October 1, 1999 at 11: 00 am. Interment Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, 700 Coronation Blvd., Cambridge N1R 9Z9 would be appreciated.
