    POLADIAN, Mary

    Peacefully, passed away in Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday, April 4, 2010, at the age of 84. Mary was born in Kessab, Syria on June 25, 1925. In 1945 she married Hagop Jack Poladian. They first visited Canada in 1974 and moved to Cambridge, Ontario in 1979. Mary is survived by her sister, Sirvart Terterian, who currently resides in Los Angeles. Mary was the loving mother of Arpie and her husband Archie Titizian, Sona and her husband John Titizian, Alice and her husband Gaby Demirdjian, Simon and his wife Silva, and Victor (Vahak) and his wife Rubina. She will be missed by her 14 grandchildren, Joe and his wife Talin, Raffy, Sam (Berge), Betty (Maral) and her husband Quint, Viken and his wife Rola, Tamar and her husband Serob, Nareg and his wife Taleen, Nora, Shant, Sevan, Maral, Jack (Hagop), Armen and Ara. She was also the dear great-grandmother of Karine, Raffi, Krystian, Dominic, Leana, Melina, Alicia, Sophia, and Sonia. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
