HASSUM, Norman (Norm)

After a brief illness, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, November 26, 2003, in his 83rd year, Norm Hassum, of Cambridge. Beloved husband of Isobel (nee Baines): dear father of Judy (Larry) Awcock, Gail (Ken) Graham and Beverly (Jim ) O'Neill, all of Cambridge. Poppa was dearly loved by his grandchildren, Karen (Paul), Michelle (Ken), Kim (Derek) Donovan, Dylan, Douglas and Michael and great-grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Nicholas and Tyler. Norm was the last .surviving member of his family, having been predeceased by a sister, Dora and brothers, Reg and Leslie. Norm was a longtime member of St. David's Anglican Church, the Royal Canadian Legion, Galt Branch No. 121 and was a true sports enthusiast. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, this evening (Thursday) from 7-9 p.m., only. Funeral services will be conducted at St. David's Anglican Church, Chalmers St., at Pollock St., Cambridge, on Friday, November 28, 2003, at 1 p.m. Interment, Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
