Obituary of Leo Furlong

Passed away peacefully with his children at his side on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the Freeport Palliative Care Center, Kitchener at the age of 90.

He will be greatly missed by his wife Elaine and the children of his blended family, Darlene (Carl), Ken (Jan), Patrick, Ginny Creed (Don), Tim (Angie), Debra, Robert, Kathy Klaus (Ziggy), Dave Brighton (Deb), Dan Furlong (Rita). He was much loved by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was an inspiration to us all, not only in how to live, but also how to die.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Leo with his family during a memorial reception at the Er b& Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, January 18, 2016 from 6 - 8 p.m.
