ANGUS. Brian Arnold - Of Whitley Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, December 21, 1994 at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital in his 44th year. Beloved husband of Joyce Rea and dear father of Shannon and Brianna, all of Cambridge. Loving son of Fred and Myrtle Angus of Cambridge and brother of Brenda (Mrs. Robert Ingram) of Cambridge and Darlene (Mrs. Rick McCoy) of Branchton. Also survived by father-in-law Norman C. Rea of Cambridge, sisters-in-law Brenda Blanchard and Lynn Frey, both of Cambridge and 2 brothers-in-law Elton and his wife Pat Rea of Ayr and Alan and his wife Melena Rea of Nova Scotia. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 1 infant brother Bradley (1965). Brian was born in Hamilton and was a lifelong resident of Cambridge. He was a small engine mechanic with AAA Rental, Cambridge. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Thursday (today) from 7 - 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. The Funeral and Committal Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, December 24, 1994 at 11:00 am. with Rev. Robert Miner of Interment New Hope Cemetery.

ANGUS, Frederick Laverne

Passed away on Friday, April 25, 2003 at his residence. Frederick Angus, 77 years of age, beloved husband for 55 years to Myrtle, dear father of Brenda and her husband Robert Ingram, Cambridge; Darlene and her husband Rick McCoy, Shef the late Brian Angus (1994) and his wife Joyce; and the late Bradley (1965). Dear grandfather of Shannon and Brianna Angus; Andrew, Aaron and Katherine Ingram; and Melinda and Jason McCoy. Dear brother of Anna and her husband Fred Thompson. Predeceased by his parents William and Alja Angus and his brother Stewart Angus. Fred was an adherent of Hespeler Baptist Church for 55 years, and operated the family dairy farm until his retirement in 1984. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. on Monday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, 658-9366. Funeral service will be held at Hespeler Baptist Church on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with interment following at New Hope Cemetery.

Father of Fred and Anna (Mrs. Fred Thompson), both of Clyde. Brother of Edna (Mrs. William Neely) of Galt. Also survived by six grandchildren. Predeceased by two sons, one brother and a sister. Born in Puslinch, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Angus, he farmed in the Clyde area all his life. He was a member of Sheffield United Church. Service at Little's Funeral Home, 39 Grand Ave. N. in Galt on Fri., Nov. 15 at 2: 45. Interment New Hope Cemetery in Hespeler. -Information from the death certificate of Peter Angus: Died on October 31, 1929 at age 63 years. Of the Gore of Puslinch. Born in Scotland on June 3, 1866, son of Peter Angus and Martha Christie. Burial in Kirkwall Cemetery. Informant - his son, William Angus of Puslinch.

Suddenly, on Saturday evening, [August 15, 1936], at Clyde, in her 71st year. Widow of Peter Angus, who passed away some seven years ago. Mrs. Angus had many friends in Beverly Township and in Galt, where lately she was a member of First United Church. She married forty-three years ago and the couple lived on the Gore line of Puslinch in Beverly Township. During these earlier years, she attended Kirkwall Church. About two years after her husband's passing, Mrs. Angus moved to Clyde. She leaves two daughters and two sons, Edna in Galt; and Isabella at home; William J. at Clyde; George A. on the homestead on the Gore line; two sisters, Mrs. I. Rigsby of Haddington St. in Galt; Mrs. A. Beattie of the 9th concession of Beverly; three brothers, Benjamin, William and Isaac Hobson of the 10th concession of Beverly; and five grandchildren.
