BUTLER, Kathleen Jo-Anne - Kathleen Jo-Anne Butler (Backus), passed away peacefully, at Lisaard House, Cambridge, on Monday, December 29, 2003, with her family by her side. She will be missed greatly by her husband, Winston Butler of 26 years, and her children, Katrina and Kenneth, both of Cambridge. She was a dear daughter of Velma Johnston of Toronto and Robert Backus of Oakville and dear sister of Murray (Sherree) Backus of Kitchener, Paul (Frances) Johnston of Barrie, and Diane Johnston of Mississauga, and step-brother Robbie Backus. There are many in-laws in the Butler family too numerous to mention both in Ontario and Newfoundland and one sister-in-law in Norway, and many nieces and nephews of whom she loved dearly. Kathleen will be resting at the dale Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge (519) 658-9366 on Thursday and Friday evenings from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday morning at 11 am with interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery. Those who wish may make donations to Lisaard House.
