BAIROS, Bernardina - (Formerly of Santa Maria, Azores) - Passed away, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, June 8, 2003 at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Jose Bairos (1993). Bernardina is survived by her daughters, Maria Sousa and her husband Antonio of Cambridge and Emilia Braga and her husband Bernardino of Winnipeg; cherished grandmother of five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter, Angelina (1967); three brothers and one sister. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends today (Tuesday) 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Parish Rosary will be recited at the funeral home this evening (Thursday at 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Elgin Street South, Cambridge, on Wednesday, June 11, 2003. Interment at Mount View Cemetery. In Bernardina's memory, expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of choice.
