LORCH, Ruth (Mrs. Wilfred) - Died peacefully, on Friday, Nov. 18, 1994, at her home, 3 Meadowlark Road, Elmira, Ruth (Schill) Lorch, in her 58th year. Beloved wife of Wilfred Lorch. Dear, loving mother of Cyndie and Michael Timpano of Orillia, Stephanie and Derek Festavan of Memphis, Tennessee, and Jill of Windsor. Fondly remembered by her grandsons, Joseph and Joshua Timpano of Orillia. Dear sister of Esther Sagan of Kitchener, Lillian Scott of Eau Clair, Wisconsin, Mary and Cos Schiebel of Kenilworth; Oscar and Mary Schill of Drayton, Harold and Dorothy Schill, Ralph and Betty Schill, all of St. Jacobs, Clifford and Geraldine Schill of Wallenstein. Predeceased by two beautiful sisters, Rose Weichert and Betty Biggar. Sister-in-law of Albert and Ruth Lorch of Kitchener, Kay Allen of Mississauga, Shirley and Dave McKee of Little Britain and Ron Lorch of Elmira. Ruth was a graduate of Elmira District Secondary School, St. Jerome's College, University of Waterloo and Stratford Teacher's College. her death, she was employed by the Waterloo Region Separate School Board and had taught in St. Teresa's, Elmira and St. Clement's Schools And more recently Kitchener schools. The ? … at Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, on Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 7-5 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, Nov. 21, 1994 from St Teresa of Avila RC Church, Flamingo Drive, Elmira at 10: 30 a.m. with Father Tim Uniac, CR officiating followed by cremation.

Beloved husband of the late Prescilia Foerster; dear father of Esther Sagan of Kitchener, Oscar of RR 1, Alma, Harold of St. Jacobs, Betty Biggar of Chicago, Ill., Ralph of St. Jacobs, Lillian Scott of Eau Claire, Wis., Mary Schiebel of Kennilworth, Ruth Lorch of Elmira and Clifford of RR 1, Wallenstein. Predeceased by one daughter, Rose Weickert. He is survived by 34 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Brother of Edna of Guelph, Sister Mary Consoleta of Milton and Sister Loretta Theophane of Toronto, RoseIla Kieffer of Kitchener, Norman and Leo, both of Elmira. Predeceased by one sister and three brothers.

Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, after 7 p.m. today, until Monday morning for prayers at 10:30 a.m., then to St. Teresa's RC Church, Elmira for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment St. Teresa's RC cemetery.

Harold of Wallenstein, Mrs. Betty Bigga of Chicago, Ralph of St Jacobs, Mrs., Lillian Scott of Eau Claire, Wisc., Mrs. Mary Schiebel of Kenilworth, Mrs. Ruth Lorch of Elmira and Clifford of Wallenstein. She was predeceased by one daughter, Rose and one son Francis; one brother and one sister. Sister of Colette Cassel, Leona Logel, Luella Craemer. Louise Craemer and Rita Craemer, Albert and Steve; 34 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive.

Friends called at the Dreisinger Funeral Horne, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. Removal was made to St. Theresa's RC Church. Elmira, for requiem mass. Interment St. Theresa's RC cemetery.

ELMIRA - Mrs. Mary Forerster 78. died Wednesday at Elmira Private Hospital after a short Illness She lived In Hesson until seven years ago.

Born in Chepstow. Sept. I, 1876, she was the eldest daughter of the late Romanus Gras and former Josephine Stemmler. In 1895 she married Anthony Foerster of Hesson, who predeceased her In 1948.

Surviving are three sons, Albert of Elmira, Stephen of London, Ont., and Clarence of Glen Allan, seven daughters, Mrs. Sylvester (Prescilla) Schill and Mrs. Herb (Coletta) Cassel of Glen Allan, Mrs. Alfred (Rim) Logel of Waterloo, Mrs. Charles (Luella) Kraemer of Elmira. Mrs. Chalres (Leona) Logel of Peel township, Mrs. Jerome (Louise) Kraemer of Macton and Mrs. Thomas (Rita) Kraemer of Dorking.

Also surviving are a brother, Joseph Graf of Elmira, two sisters. Mrs. John Lineman of Hesson and Mrs. Walter Gohl of Florida, 69 grandchildren and 31 great grand children.

The body is at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, where prayers will be said Saturday at 8:45 sin. Requiem high mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's RC Church, Hesson. Officiating will be Rev. Hugh Fleming. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Barbara Schill

There passed away at her residence on Water Street last Saturday, Barbara Trichler, relict of the late Lawrence Schill. She was born in Baden, Germany, on November 4th 1830, and was married to the late Lawrence Schill, shortly after which they came to Canada. They lived on two different farms in Woolwich and about 22 years ago, when the deceased came to Elmira to live, her husband having died about two years before.

To Mr. and Mrs. Schill were born eight children, of whom one died in youth. The surviving ones are: Katie (Mrs. Geo. Fischer) of Elora; Barbara, at home; Mary, Mrs. J. J. Hornberger, of Toronto; Mina (Mrs. Fred Fischer), of Elora; Bertha of Kalamazoo, Mich.; Frank, of Peel township; Annie (Mrs. Medard Martin) near Elmira.

Deceased died of pneumonia after only about a week's illness. Previous to that she had enjoyed remarkably good health and was in possession of all her facilities. The funeral took place on Tuesday to St. Theresa Church and thence to the R.C. Cemetery for burial. Her memory will be held in honor by all who knew her intimately.
