    Fatal Accident in Berlin

The News reports the following: - "On Friday afternoon last, a German laborer named Herman Jonas, aged 38 years and 4 months, met with an accident in Simpson's factory which terminated fatally. He was engaged at the circular saw and a piece of timber was thrown against his abdomen. At first the matter was not considered serious, as he was able to walk home, but evidently some internal injuries where produced which caused him to suffer a great deal. He kept getting worse until Sunday morning when death ended his sufferings."
