Passed away in Mount Forest, on Thursday, Sept. 11, 1975, Joseph Hewer, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Jessie Brown; dear father of Joe of Peterborough, George of Route 1, Moffat, Gordon and Leslie, of Cambridge, Jessie (Mrs. James Murphy) of Mount Forest, Doris (Mrs. Joseph Ciuciura) of St. Thomas; dear brother of Edith (Mrs. Tom Purves) of England; also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Resting at the Hendrick Funeral Home, Mount Forest, until Saturday, when funeral service will be held in the chapel, at 10 a.m. Interment Mount View cemetery, Cambridge.
