PILKINGTON, Helen Susan

Passed away peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, in her 97th year. Beloved mother of Gordon of Fonthill, Robert and his wife Margaret of Cambridge, Ralph and his wife Jane of Puslinch and Marjorie Roossinck and her husband Cecil of Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth Hayhoe; two sons, Arthur and Harold; two brothers, Arthur and Frank and sister, Mabel and two granddaughters. Mrs. Pilkington was born in Toronto on February 26, 1913 and came to Cambridge in 1938. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 (today), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at 11 a.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
