    Berliner Journal Sept. 16, 1897 Baden News Dr. Nichols will be leaving Baden and Dr. Butler will take over his practice.


    Berlin Daily Telegraph August 29, 1910: Baden Dr. J. A. Butler who had a good medical practice in Baden, sold his property and practice to Dr. Gillespie of Seaforth. Dr. Gillespie takes possession Sept. 1st. We wish him every success. Dr. Butler intends to visit the larger hospitals in New York city for a few months before he starts in his new field.


    Canadian Medical Association Journal Jan. l4, 196l: John Ainley Butler, aged 85, died Dec. 10 in Bowmanville Memorial Hospital. A graduate of the University of Toronto in 1897, he practised in Baden and Newcastle, Ont.
