- At her home at Puslinch, on Monday, February 11, 1946, in her 68th year. Wife of John H. Chester. Mrs. Chester was well known in the district. She was an active member of Hespeler Mennonite Brethren in Christ church. She was, for a number of years, a missionary in Africa. As well as her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Wesley Tremain of the Lake Rd. Her body rested at her residence. Funeral service from the Mennonite Brethren in Christ Church in Hespeler on Thurs. , Feb. 14 at 2. Rev. E. Lucas officiated. Burial in Hespeler Cemetery. Pallbearers: Ed Schantz, Garnet Sault, Walter Holm, Wesley Hallman, Sam Shepherd and Robert Coleman.
