  ISRAEL G. MARTIN Israel G. Martin, 56, Hawkesville merchant, died suddenly at his home Tuesday. Born in Baden, Ontario, March 20, 1895, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Martin. He lived in Elmira before moving to Hawkes- ville 21 years ago. He was an active member of the Linwood United Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Florence Tyack, two sisters, Miss Angeline Martin of Hawkesville and Mrs. Lovina Reist of Elmira, and one brother, Noah Kraemer, of near Floradale. The body is at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor until Friday morning at 10.00 a.m. when removal will be made to Hawkesville Mennonite Church where funeral services will be held at 2.30 p.m. It is requested to please omit flowers. Burial will be in Hawkesville Cemetery. Rev. Gor- don Weir of Linwood United Church and Rev. Paul Martin of Hawkes- ville Mennonite Church will officiate.
