      David Stauffer

      The death took place on Monday at the home of Mrs. Eshleman, 196 Benton St., of Mr. David Stauffer, after an illness of only a few days duration, aged 72 years, 3 months and 22 days. The deceased was a cheese maker by trade but has been living retired in Berlin for some years.

      The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the house, to Zion Evangelical church and then to the East End cemetery for burial.
