  Journal & Republican, Oct 13, 1932 The funeral of John Martin, 91, was held on Thursday at 9 a. m. at the house and at 10 a. m. from the Amish Mennonlte church near this village, Rev. C. N. Noftslger, of Lowville, officiating. Bearers were Ralph Jackson, Ralph Steria, Leon, Vernon and Jonathan Martin and Elmer Widrick, all grandsons.
