  Koehn, Carl, E. - Peacefully, after a brief but tedious illness, at his residence, on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2000, Carl E. Koehn, age 85 years, of Waterloo. Mr. Koehn was a member of Zion United Church and a longtime employee with the Department of Agriculture (Plant Protection Division). Beloved husband of Dorothy Koehn (nee Webster); dear father of Robert H. Koehn and his wife Roxanna Johnson of Hamilton. Lovingly remembered by his three grandchildren, Garnet, Lee, and Morgan; brother of Mrs. Dorothy Lawton of Waterloo. Predeceased by his parents, Otto and Mary Koehn. The memorial service will be held in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel, 621 King St. W., Kitchener on Thursday, October 12 at 1 p.m., Rev. Tim Graham officiating. Reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre. Cremation has taken place, with interment in Eden Mills Cemetery. Memorial donations to Care Partners would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Special thanks to Dr. Donna Ward and Care Partner nurses, Goldie Allen and Christine Paquin for their loving care.
