Daniel Stauffer, 84, of 243 Mill St. , died Mon. at St. Mary's Hospital following a lengthy illness. A s/o the late Mr. /Mrs. Daniel Stauffer, he was born July 29, 1880 at Williamsburg. He worked at Mitchell Button Co. Ltd. until retiring 10 years ago. He was a charter member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Elizabeth Witte, whom he married in Kitchener in 1906; three sons, Ralph of Waterloo, William and Walter, both of Kitchener; one daughter, Mrs. Wilfred (Helen) Martz of Kitchener, 13 grandchildren and 4 gr-grandchildren. He was the last surviving member of the Daniel Stauffer family. . . St. Peter's Cemetery. . .
