Partial Obituary
Word has been received here of the death of Jacob B. Stauffer at Edmonton, Sat. Mr. Stauffer, formerly of near Doon, was a brother of Mrs. Jacob S. Snider, Waterloo. He was 67 years old. Mr. Stauffer went to Western Canada about 35 years ago, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for some years. He was a s/o the late Rev. and Mrs. Noah Stauffer. Surviving are his wife, two sons, Charles of Edmonton, and Walter of Calgary, one daughters, Mrs. S. A. McNeil of St. Catharines, one sister, Mrs. Snider, Waterloo and one brother, Obal Stauffer, Vancouver. The funeral will be held at Edmonton tomorrow.
