- BEARINGER, David M. - At his home, 247 Franklin St. N., on Saturday, November 20, 1976, David M. Bearinger, formerly of Parkway and Elmira, age 87 years.
Mr. Bearinger was born in Waterloo Township, a son of the late Noah Bearinger and the former Nancy Martin. A member of Pioneer park Christian Fellowship. Formerly owned and operated Parkway Feed Mill for many years.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Elvina Shantz, in 1945; a son Urias (Riley), October 8, of this year; a granddaughter Carolyn Ruth Bowman and by five brothers and one sister.
Surviving are three daughters, Vera (Mrs. Delton Martin) of Elmira, Almeda (Mrs. Leonard Snider) of Waterloo, and Doris (Mrs. Harold Bowman) of Kitchener, and a son, Vernon Bearinger of Waterloo; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Martin of Elmira; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, until noon on Tuesday when removal will be made to the Pioneer Park Christian Fellowship Church, 68 Biehn Drive (off Huron Road), formerly Strasburg Mennonite Church, for funeral and comital service at 2:30 pm with Rev. Darrell D. Jantzi officiating. Interment in the family plot in First Mennonite Cemetery.
