  BOWMAN, Ervin W. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, at the age of 84 years. Ervin, of Floradale, formerly of RR 1, Elmira, was the beloved husband of the late Magdalena (Martin) Bowman (March, 1999). Dear father of Joshua and Linda of Stratford, Esther at home, Ismael and Karen of Elmira, Salome and Lester Penner of Moorefield. Also survived by seven grandchildren. Brother of Minerva (Urias) Martin, Esther (the late Rueben) Martin, Elizabeth (Peter) Martin, Lucinda (the late Cleason) Brubacher, Edwin (Nancy) Bowman, Alvin (Elmede) Bowman. Brother-in-law of Annie (the late Sydney), Christian (Saloma) Martin, Ada (the late Joseph) Horst, and Elvina (Orvie) Wideman. Predeceased by his parents Cyrus and Hannah (Weber) Bowman, step-mother Saloma (Martin) Bowman, brothers-in-law Leander (Maryann) Martin, Ervin Martin, sisters-in-law Hannah (Mrs. Edwin) Martin, and Sarah Martin. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. and on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 2-5 p.m., at the home of John Martin, 7733 Reid Woods Drive, Elmira, where family service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 9 a.m., then to Elmira Mennonite Meeting House for burial and further service.
