  • Notes
    • Death of Mr. Geo. Armstrong

We alluded a few weeks ago to the painful affliction under which our well-known townsman was suffering, and we have now to report that his death resulted therefrom on Thursday afternoon last. At the time of his death the disease had spread up his leg to his knee, which was very badly affected. "Mr. Armstrong had been long a resident of the town, was possessed of a large fund of general information, and his death is regretted by many warm friends.
