  Mrs. Emma GillowPRESTON, June 13. Lifelong well-known resident of Preston, Emma von Ende, widow of Louis Gillow, died at her residence, 1800 King St., shortly after 6 o'clock, last night at the age of 85 years. Mrs. Gillow had been ailing for several years and seriously ill for the past week. Born in Preston, she lived here all her life. A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman von Endo, she was married in Preston, in 1880, to Louis Gillow, who predeceased her two years ago, in April. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs, Rose Smith, Mrs. Roy Letson, Mrs. Ernest Love, all of Preston; Mrs. Charles Glass, Kitchener and Mrs. Charles Peelar of Harrisburg, Ont; one son, Louis Gillow of Preston and a sister, Mrs. Caroline Hulme of Owen Sound. The body is resting at the residence, 1800 King St., until, Sunday morning, then at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home, where the funeral will be held Sunday afternoon, at 2: 30.
