  BADEN MISS S. EVERATT MARKS HER 90th BIRTHDAY Miss Sophia Maria Everatt celebrated her 90th birthday on Friday, Nov. 9, 1934. She was born in Haysville in 1844, where she lived until 33 years ago when she moved to Baden. She was an invalid for 26 years, but now she is quite smart. and enjoying good health. Her guests on her 90th birthday were Rev, and Mrs, Pitts of Haysville, Miss Cassie Everatt of London, Mrs. C. Fowler and Miss E. E. Struth of Baden. Her niece Miss Mary Everatt served a dainty birthday cupper graced with a beautiful cake with candles burning. Miss Cassie Everatt and Mrs. Fowler furnished the music while Miss Sophia Everatt waltzed on her 90th birthday. Who can beat that? Waterloo Chronicle 15 Nov 1934, p. 8
