A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character. Berlin [Kitchener, Ont.]: [s.n.]. _________________________ Jeremy Rudy, 74, died suddenly last night at his residence, 152 Glasgow St. An employee of the CPR Express Company for about 25 years he retired seven years ago. He was a member of Calvary Memorial Evangelical UB Church. A former resident of Guernsey, Sask. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Rudy. His marriage to the former Catherine Schweitzer, who survives, took place at Petersburg, Jan. 30, 1907. Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. E.D. (Mildred) Hahn, Hamilton, and one sister, Mrs. Lucy Blodgett, Rochester, N.Y. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. Interment will be made at the Waterloo Mennonite Cemetery. Rev. A.E. Pletch will be in charge of the service assisted by Rev. .F. Barthel. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record 9 Jan 1953
