The Mission was added to the Circuit c.1871-1872, and was dropped from the same Circuit c.1884-1885. The first reference to Bridgeport in the Quarterly Conference Minutes of the Waterloo Circuit of the United Brethren in Christ was in the Minutes for July 30, 1871. The last mention of Bridgeport as a station on the Circuit was on May 12, 1883. Bridgeport's name was dropped from the Circuit's Financial Reports as of 1884-1885.
