  Mrs. Edgar A. Schelter, 58, of St. Jacobs, died Monday at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital. She was the former Olga Fischer and was born in Germany Sept. 12, 1909, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Fischer. She came to Ontario in 1924. Mrs. Schelter was predeceased by her husband in July, 1961. They were married Oct. 8, 1930. Mrs. Schelter was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs. She is survived by three sons, John and William, both of St. Jacobs, and Arthur, of Toronto; one daughter, Margot, of St. Jacobs; sisters, Mrs. Freida Stendel, of St. Jacobs and Mrs. B. (Irene) Umlandt, of Elmira; one sister and three brothers in Germany, and two grandchildren. Funeral service was held today (Wednesday) at St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs, with Rev. Harold Brill officiating. Burial was in St. James cemetery, St. Jacobs. Elmira Signet 6 Dec 1967 pg 2
